Return Policy
If you would like to return any program, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-621-8227 for a return authorization. All orders should be opened and checked immediately upon receipt. Customers have 30 days, from day of delivery, to contact Davka and report any and all complaints and problems with their order. No returns will be accepted or processed without a return authorization number. All returns must be received within 30 days from the return authorization number issue date. For unopened items, we will gladly give you Davka credit or a refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). Please retain all packaging, manuals, disks, CD-ROMs, and registrations cards until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have purchased, as any program which is returned without all of the components may be assessed a restocking fee. For opened programs returned with authorization and all of the components included, we will gladly give you Davka credit which can be used toward future purchases. Davka reserves the right to refuse returns of opened software without a return authorization number and to deny full or partial credit for such returns.

Replacements
Following authorization from the technical support staff, defective products may be returned for replacement only. In the event that you misplace your disk or CD, if you are registered for the program, you may purchase a replacement for a nominal fee.
