To request an RMA#, please complete the following form. You will receive your RMA# by E-Mail. ANY RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please note: Returns will be accepted no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

RMAs will be issued only for products purchased directly from Davka.

Prior to returning any Davka product due to operational issues, you must contact Davka's Technical Support department, which will authorize a return only if they cannot be of assistance in resolving your problem.
